IN EAST VILLAGE, ON THE
ECR
CHENNAI
Third Space is situated in the sprawling, 40-acre campus of East Village, an eco-luxury project on the ECR, Chennai. In fact, East Village is located on one of the only two islands on the ECR (all along Thiruvanmiyur and Pondicherry), with the Bay of Bengal to the east and the Great Salt Lake is to the west.
One of India’s largest coasts, the ECR is a hub of activity. A prominent surfing destination in the country, it is surrounded by luxury hotels, upscale residential and business complexes, offering every modern luxury you seek. It even offers remarkably quick access to the metro (Phase 2).
Located by the beautiful seaside, it is also very urban, attracting not just people, but a whole host of rare, migratory birds (don’t forget to carry your binoculars).
